Product has been as described, very high quality, and totally match description. Shipping was fast, unfortunately my delivery was cached in tolls and I had to pay around a 21% in customs (already warned by seller, no complain just expect this according to your country tolls). Points to improve: instead of a Chinese-EU plug converter it would be better to provide a 3 pin power cord, that would be perfect (converter looks very bulky). Seller was very responsive and included a small gift in package (wireless mouse well known high quality chinese brand ) which was correctly and tidy packed. No issues so far the laptop (1 week) had to change to English win10, but is an easy process. Something picky but I observed that my test indicate 1 mW less for battery capacity from the design specs (due to long time stock? don know). Conclusion: great seller, product, Ryzen 7 is blazing fast, do everything with ease and very quiet.
